Clarksville Animal Control is directed by Street Commissioner Donnie Hansford and governed by the Clarksville Town Board.

Our primary focus is:

• Enforcement of Domestic Animal Control Laws,
  
  
• Control of the stray animal population,
  
  
• Reduction in animal bite cases,
  
  
• Rabies Control Authority,
  
  
• and Public health, safety and welfare
  
  

Clarksville Animal Control handles more than 1000 complaints per year. Stray animals are held for 7 business days pending reclaim by their owner at J.B. Ogle Animal Shelter.
